  • Health Plan
    • Cleary Building Corp (CBC) offers three medical plan options; single; employee plus 1; or full family coverage. Deductibles and co-pays vary depending on plan option. Employee contributions to premiums are reviewed annually and are adjusted to reflect current state of health coverage markets. Health Plan utilizes one of the largest pharmacy benefit providers in the nation – Optum Rx. Savings are realized via volume discounts. CBC offers the option to pay Health, Dental, and Vision premiums through pre-tax payroll deductions resulting in reduced income tax liability and increasing take home pay.

  • Dental Insurance
    • CBC offers Delta Dental plan options providing coverage for dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, basic services, major care services, and dependent orthodontics. The premium varies depending upon the number of covered family members.

  • Vision Insurance
    • CBC offers Vision plan options through EyeMed (Delta Dental Vision). The plan pays for annual eye exams, $150 annual allowance for either contact or prescription lenses, up to $150 every other year for frames, along with discounts applying to various other optometric services.

  • Life Insurance
    • CBC values you and your family responsibilities by providing $10,000 term life insurance to all participants in any health plan option. Employees also have the option to purchase additional voluntary term or whole coverage, effective 60 days after hire and during the annual open enrollment period.

  • Voluntary Benefits
    • CBC offers voluntary benefits such as short and long term disability income protection; term and whole life insurance, dependent life and/or disability, as well as accident and critical illness insurance.

  • 401(k) Plan
    • CBC has partnered with Empower Retirement, offering a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with both pre-tax and after tax Roth payroll deferrals available, along with discretionary company matching.
