Special Projects Manager – Verona, Wisconsin

  The Job:
  
    Building Construction Project Management / Direct and Indirect management of large-scale projects;
    Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams for Efficient Project completion; 
    Assure transparent communication across all cross functional teams;
    Assist in the creation of project budgets, and production plans;
    Assist/Oversee the Pre-Construction Bid Process; 
    Chair the “Large Projects” Meeting – where schedules are identified and vetted;
    Enjoy a variety of work assignments, no two days are alike;
    Educate Branch and Regional Employees on General Contracting process;

  Qualifications:

    Certificate / Degree in Construction/Business Management desired;
    Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings; 
    Experience with Scheduling, Database, and Microsoft Office software;
    Ability to travel to building project sites around the company as needed;
    Great Customer Service and Organizational skills;
    Excellent Communications skills;
    Superior ability to Multi-task;
