Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Design & Materials Coordinator. This full-time, on-site role is based at our corporate office in Verona, WI, and is ideal for someone with a passion for construction design and materials planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate construction drawings and technical details for custom buildings.
• Develop complete material lists and specifications for each project.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of construction practices, materials, and terminology.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in general computer use; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
