The Job
- Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
- Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
- Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
- Monitor the building construction process through to completion
- Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
- Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike

Executive Leadership Development
At Cleary Building Corp., leadership development doesn't stop after promotion. As a Branch Manager, you are expected to develop both your business and the future leaders within your branch. Branch Managers participate in advanced business and leadership training designed to strengthen operational excellence, customer service, financial management, and people leadership through Cleary’s Steelwood University programs including:

Branch Managers are expected to mentor future leaders while preparing for advancement into Region Manager and executive leadership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building construction is essential
- Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
- Management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
- Sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Great customer service skills
Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus and incentive plans
- $75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers
