The Job

As a Cleary Carpenter, you will:

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet)
• Enjoy stable, year-round employment
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project

Training & Career Development

• No prior post-frame construction experience? That's okay. Through comprehensive on-the-job training, experienced mentors, and structured development programs, you'll learn the skills needed to become a successful construction professional.

• Many of our leaders began their careers as Carpenters. Employees demonstrating strong performance and leadership potential have opportunities to advance into our Foreman in Training (FIT) Program and continue along a rewarding career path.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required
• Willing to learn and grow in the role
