The Job:

• Learn the post-frame and construction business from the ground up
• Enjoy variety in your job; no two days are alike
• Assist with company-wide operations from the Verona corporate office
• Work alongside a building construction crew for hands-on building experience
• Assist sales representatives with design and pricing of projects
• Solicit and manage construction projects and subcontractors through to completion
• Have your pick of company sales and/or management openings across the country
• Learn how to schedule and monitor construction crews
• Learn how to prospect and close sales in an established territory
• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact
• Energetic, rewarding, fast-paced environment
• Experience a sense of accomplishment

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction industry essential
• Sales experience helpful
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
• College degree in business or construction field desired
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Great customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task like a champion
